PAYMENT  Online orders are taken via Big Cartel, credit cards and PayPal accepted.

SHIPPING  Please allow 3 business days for online orders to be processed and 7-12 business days for item to ship as most items are made to order. Each item has specified shipping costs. Not responsible for lost/stolen items in return shipping process. 

All items are pre-packaged and shipped individually. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES We do not do exchanges. Returns are accepted on a case to case basis within 3 days of the customer receiving item.
